Horseshoe Name
Sign

Geronimo
made this lovely horseshoe directional sign for the Singer and Schalau
families who wanted to make it easier for their friends to find their way
when they came to visit and enjoy the breathtaking views. The homes are
situated atop a mountain overlooking Roseburg, Oregon.

Horseshoe Name
Sign

Emily
and Megan Waldron, ages 10 and 12, contracted Geronimo to create a sign
made from horseshoes for the front gate of the family's new horse farm
outside Roseburg, not far from the Country Club. Geronimo mounted the sign
on a neck yoke from a team of horses. The sign was a Christmas
present from the girls to their parents.

Revolving
Horseshoe Hat & Coat Rack
This wrought iron black coat
rack is constructed with four heeled and toed logging horse draft shoes as
its base. Rising from the base is a 1" diameter shaft approximately 5
1/2' in height. About 3 1/2' up from the base there are 3 heeled and toed
Diamond Trail Shoes to hold your umbrellas and walking sticks. 1 1/2'
above these you will find 4 half shoes for children to hang their coats.
Affixed high on the top is a circle of 10 shoes with half shoes attached
as coat hooks. The circle freely revolves to bring your coat or hat within
easy reach.
Seldom in ones life time does one have the opportunity to acquire rare
material for use in artwork. When Geronimo chanced upon a small quantity
of Diamond Saddle Shoes, the manufacture of which was discontinued over 50
years ago, he realized the uniqueness of this find. He then designed and
constructed this beautiful coat rack to showcase these shoes, spending
over a year working on it when he could find spare time in the late
evening hours. There can never be another one like it because of the
rarity of the shoes used in building it.
This coat rack represents an unusual combination of quality workmanship,
uniqueness, usefulness and durability. If horses are your passion, you
will absolutely LOVE this one-of-a-kind item.
